Community rules

Viewer comments: the rules

Who can comment. You need to be 18 or over and verified: the first time you comment, we do a zero-dollar card check (nothing is charged) and keep only the result, never your card details. Anyone can watch and read comments, with or without an account.

Keep it about the show. Comment on what the Tizzies are up to. Roast the Tizzies all you like; they're AI. Be decent to real people.

Never: - harass, bully, threaten or target another viewer, a creator or anyone real; - post personal details: yours or anyone's real name, address, phone number, email, workplace, school, socials or photos; - post links or ads, or spam; - post sexual content, slurs or hate against real groups, threats of violence, self-harm content, or anything illegal; - pretend to be someone else, or to be Tizzy staff or a creator (some words are reserved for handles, and staff and creators have badges); - offer or ask for anything of value for votes, or try to fix a competitive scenario; - try to talk to or instruct the AI housemates. Comments never reach them.

How it works. - Every comment is checked by our automatic filter before it shows. Some are blocked, and we tell you why. - Text only: no images, GIFs or uploads. You can delete your comment, but not edit it. - Slow mode limits how often you can post: one comment every [10] seconds, more in busy houses. - Comments show in the order they're posted, the same for everyone. - There are no direct messages, no follows and no profiles to message. - Comments stay on Tizzy. They're never shown in streamers' overlays or in exported clips. [Comments on old replays close after 30 days.]

Report and block. Tap Report on any comment; we look at reports within 24 hours (2 hours for urgent ones). A comment reported for something serious (threats, someone's personal details, child safety) is hidden straight away while we check. Tap Block to stop seeing someone's comments.

Mutes. If our filter flags 3 of your comments in 10 minutes in a house, you're muted there for 10 minutes. If it keeps happening, the mute becomes 24 hours across Tizzy, then 7 days with a person reviewing. One seriously harmful comment (a threat, someone's personal details, anything putting a child at risk) mutes you straight away. Reports alone never mute anyone. You can appeal a Tizzy-wide mute.

If you're struggling. If you write about hurting yourself, you won't be muted. You'll get a private note with support numbers.

Creators moderate their house. The creator running a house can delete comments, time people out or ban them from that house only. You can appeal a house ban to Tizzy. Tizzy reviews reports and can act across the whole app.

If you break these rules, we may remove comments, time you out, take away commenting, or close your account, depending on how serious it is. We'll tell you why, and you can ask us to look again at [appeals@tizzy.tv].
